Produced with the support of a private patron and broadcast on local television, the project shines a light on the journey of a promising athlete balancing ambition, discipline, and emotion.
I was responsible for directing, filming, and editing the series, documenting Binta’s daily training, competitions, and the personal moments that shaped her Olympic quest.
Telling her story over several months offered a unique opportunity to portray not only her athletic pursuit but also the human side of performance — the doubts, the drive, and the unwavering belief that define every athlete’s road to the Games.
